good day sir, i am confused on question 6.2.1, remember on the previous lessons you gave us a warning not to use this present value formulae. or it only apply when you calculate the outstanding balance not the number of payments?
Thank you sir ,but on your previous video you mentioned that we should not use the present value formula if the monthly payment is different from what is stipulated by the bank.can you elaborate on that part
Sir but you made a warning ⚠️ about this formula you said you can't use it if ever the person chooses to pay an amount that's not stipulated by the bank
I think you can’t use this formula to calculate the balance outstanding when the person is not paying the stipulated amount but maybe you can use it to calculate the number of payments and obviously the monthly deposits
Thank you so much sir. Think tomorrow won't be bad at all. I can't thank you enough ❤️

Good day Mr Nkosi
Please help me with question 4 on the Eastern Cape for September 2022 it functions 😣
Hello sir,may i pls ask Why didnt we use the formula whereby we say P(1+i)-future value because Mandy didnt pay the money as stipulated by the bank?😕
Because they're not looking for the outstanding balance they're looking for n which is number of repayments
Sir 6.2.1 aren't you suppose to use the future value formule minus the compound interest formula??
Thank you sir❤️
Thank you sir
Sir but you made a warning ⚠️ about this formula you said you can't use it if ever the person chooses to pay an amount that's not stipulated by the bank
@mlungisi nkosi how come you used this formula at this case🥺
I think you can’t use this formula to calculate the balance outstanding when the person is not paying the stipulated amount but maybe you can use it to calculate the number of payments and obviously the monthly deposits
