Fascinant. La plus vieille dame française du monde est une leçon pour nous tous. Son secret : elle ne travaillait jamais, ne fumait qu'une seule cigarette après le dîner. Alcool modéré et pas de petit-déjeuner solide. Je ne pense pas qu'elle mangeait beaucoup de pain non plus. Son alimentation devrait être étudiée plus scrupuleusement. Je pense que c'est le vrai secret de la santé.
