    बहुत अच्छी रेसिपी..
    मैडम मैं असम में रहती हूं..नम मौसम होने के कारण यंहा कैरी में बहुत पानी होता है.. हल्दी नमक लगाकर रात भर रख देते हैं कैरियों को काट कर.. सुबह पानी से छानकर छ सात घंटे धूप में सुखा कर अचार बनाते हैं..
    आम का मीठा अचार बनाने का तरीका बताएं..

    Hi I followed one of your achar recipes and made aam ka achar but accidentally put too much salt. Is there a way to fix this? Can i make extra masala and add it to achar? My achar is almost ready need just 2-3 more days of sun. I live in USA so it take longer time since it’s not that hot here yet. Please advise and thank you for sharing your recipes. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

      make some raw mango lachha by a grater or mini chopper and put little bit vinegar in it(optional) and add this mango lachha in mango pickle. keep a side for minimum 3 days and then taste it. no need to add more masala or anything else. Thankyou.
