    I do shift work so always batch cook I will have a day were I make a large spag Bog and a chicken curry with spinach or a sweet chilli chicken or Harrisa chicken pasta I will put in separate containers and freeze then I can just get out daily it's so important to give yr body correct fuel then it works better just like a car.😊

    I like the tbh talent, verity park podcast. They manage influencer talent and I find that interesting. I love theatre as well so CalltoStage is my fave podcast

    I try and do between 7,500 - 10,000 steps a day, I struggle after work as I don’t get back til 5.15 so this time of the year will be dark and hate walking in the dark but I do switch walking one so gonna do that with podcast ❤
    Walking Saturday and Sunday possible Friday as I finish little earlier
