Effy was great in gen 1 because she rarely spoke. In gen 2 she was so annoying christ I still cant stand gen 2
Because she was a better person, not necesarily because she didnt speak. In gen 2 shes just an narcissist asshole who loves to fuck with people.. just like her brother. But while Tony was stroken hard by the karma in season 2 and eventually learns from his mistakes, Effy still gets out as the innocent pretty girl. So annoying! The fact that everything revolved around Effy in gen 2 ruined the all show for me

I honestly don't know why people want to get close to Effy. She's moody, standoffish and boring. She's the prettiest character in Skins but she's got the charisma of a dead fish and it's a massive turn off. Tony wasn't a great person either, but at least he was entertaining
