    Very informative didn’t realize antidepressants are ineffective to a large group of people.

      Thank you. It's a mystery to me why antidepressants are ineffective in so many people. There is also an interesting phenomenon where SSRI antidepressants can be effective for a long time, and then stop working completely in the same person.

    I had ECT and it was NOT helpful.Neither was ketamine but I got the gummy kind.

      NO psychiatric treatment is 100% effective for everyone. Ketamine is only 16-20% absorbed if given orally. 100% if intravenous, and 45-50% if intranasal: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ketamine
