Is there a video on how to remove the front bumper? One of my j7’s cliff sensors isnt working (confirmed by no IR light on that single one) im trying to replace the whole sensor with a replacement harness + sensor combo and cant quite get to the motherboard because the bumper is holding the cover down..

Just received my new J7+. After initialization I launched a cleaning and the robot started turning endless, then stopped with the message "tap the bumper to unstick and press clean"... the bumper moves freely so I don't really understand and I don't know how to dismantle the bumper to evacuate any possible debris

Im kinda mad cos I had this issue 2 times in 1 week (I own j7 model for 3 weeks in total) before J7 I was using 886 for like… 4-5 years and there were NO PROBLEM @ ALL..
