I am guessing they didn't want to have such an important settlement get destroyed in the story. I think the other half of the ship was more important to this ending. For the cut ending for James’ questline, it would’ve been more interesting and tragic if he didn’t die either way, and actually was a moral dilemma where choosing to spare him would cause him to suffer for the rest of his life as a special kind of mutant.
I agree. That could've been very interesting. I hope the next entry has moral dilemmas and is a little more on the grim side. Fallout 4 feels like Disneyland at a certain point.

Cool cut content is why I kind of wish games didn’t have a release date so that developers had more time to come up with cool stuff and fix, polish, and make sure things are good while also listening to fans from time to time for ideas

I really think James not being a Mutant was a missed opportunity. I might have even made it possible that Fawkes WAS James, but it can't be confirmed, and he doesn't remember.

I think if they would decide to keep Matchmaker quest - they should either made Derek looks older or Machete looks younger - otherwise this whole situation kinda feels wrong.
Would like to say that the *tattoo* would likely, canonically be a decal, and the badge of tin or brass would have been soldered on. These are small details but help us visualize it when we close our eyes.
This was great, I never knew they were called Krvibi or whatever, nobody else has a video about that out there, you should really drop some eldritch lore, there’s probably more clues about it in these deleted files.
I think a lot of this list was simply forgotten to be added to the final game during the production rush. Also, this content was not added later because Bethesda is known for its bad attitude towards already released projects. They still haven't fixed a few primitive bugs in Skyrim.
The Rivet city one would’ve been cool especially if there was a choice to either just destroy the ship with the enclave or wipe it out and then with the broken steel dlc when you go there it’s a new kind of settlement

I wanted to reinstall fallout 3 recently but couldn't make it work

It's an arduous process and can be frustrating but if you own both FO3 and FNV game of the year editions you can merge them together with the Tale of Two Wastelands mod. Let's you play the entirety of Fallout 3 and it's DLC and is pretty stable, plus it introduces some QOL changes from New Vegas into the game (iron sights, crafting etc). Would highly recommend.

That's blatantly on this video and channel.
They were blatantly originally meant to be the same models and age (young adults, meaning the model used for Derek would have looked much older and more like Sticky who is 16 but looks like a 30 year old man but shorter) but as the dialogue and interaction was cut, the age of machete could be changed as it' was no longer relavent to keep her as 16 anymore to coincide with the 15 year old Derek.

Lone Wanderer's dad is supposed to be a brilliant scientist, is already bad enough the way he stupidly kills himself in the main game, if they went with the super mutant route it would have been a greater insult to his intelligence.
The context to it is that he was captured and forcibly turned into a super mutant and you were trying to save him before that happened only to find him half mutated

She was originally 16. But seeing as the interaction was cut, her age could be changed accordingly.
It's the most realistic answer you'll get, because the idea that Bethesda intentionally tried to make a 15 and 19 year old romantically entwined is frankly stupid.
It's obvious that being from Little Lamplight she was meant to be 16, and Sticky was the likely replacement for her 16 year old self in terms of lore and history talking point.
