भारतीय इतिहास का मेरा प्रिय विषय दक्षिण भारत का इतिहास रहा है। दुर्भाग्य की बात है की हमे अपने स्कूल शिक्षा के दिनों में चोला इतिहास पर ज्यादा नही पढ़ाया गया। इसके विपरित मुगलों सल्तनत काल इलबारी तुर्क गुलाम वंश खिल्जी तुगलको आदि को ज्यादा पढ़ाया गया। मुझको तो रटाया भी गया था। बाबर का बेटा हुमायूं। हुमायूं का बेटा अकबर। अकबर का बेटा सलीम जहांगीर। जहांगीर का बेटा खुर्रम "शाहजहां"। शाहजहां का बेटा मुइनुद्दीन औरंगजेब। पर चोला के विजयालय से लेकर राजेंद्र तृतीय तक नही बताया गया। पांड्या संगम साहित्य ; पल्लव होयसोल आदि के बारे में भी नही बताया गया। इसके विपरित बहमनी सल्तनत और उसके पतन के उपरांत इमादशाही बारीदशाही निजामशाही आदिलशाही आदि को बताया गया। दक्कन की लोमड़ी करीमुल्लाह को भी बताया गया।😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 काश इनके साथ साथ समकालीन भारतीय इतिहास भी पढ़ाया जाता।
