Respected Sir, regarding to Brush Tool's FLOW option, I saw that It shows steps like Gradient steps if we use it with less than 100% of its ratio. It does not feel smooth surface even I made changes in opacity and smooth values... I'm using CC19

Respected Sir, regarding to Brush Tool's FLOW option, I saw that It shows steps like Gradient steps if we use it with less than 100% of its ratio. It does not feel smooth surface even I made changes in opacity and smooth values... I'm using CC19
