The reason why Tyla is good a pronouncing Korean words and sentences is because in South Africa we have a similar way of shaping our vowels and making the sounds of our consonants like in Korean

I love this show. It cracked me up how Youngji was speaking English but kept saying "진짜??" in Korean instead of "really?" in English.
Youngji's English is also so much better than she gives herself credit for!
