The lawyer who so disrespectfully treated the elderly man, who btw was a brilliant witness and absolutely credible, did not do Amber a favor. The jury might have been just as disgusted as I was during his cross examination.

Agree. I had a past relationship where my pet was put at risk due to drug paraphernalia constantly left on the floor and I became violent with my ex to knock some sense into him. Women can be abusive as well. Sometimes more than men, who won't hit a woman back. She is not a victim.

I don’t understand how she’s not been able to provide any evidence of her abuse. No doctor, the police officers called to their arguments, the staff. If she made this up she must at the very least be held accountable for all the victims who will struggle to come forward and be heard because of this

I do think she made it harder for women to come forward, but I am very glad that hopefully it will make it safer for male victims to come forward. If a woman is abused she has to face the fear of the abuse, as well as not being believed. For men, they fear the abuser, as well as their administrative power over them, but the worst part is that even if people witness first hand the abuse, they laugh at him for not being able to take it and for being weak. he is not only denied the right to physical self defense but if he even has the audacity to complain he is mocked and ridiculed, especially by other men, like Howard Stern who is desperately virtue signaling. Men do this out of fear of being blacklisted by the female gender for daring to stand up for a fellow male victim. When it comes to DA, men are never allowed to be viewed as victims even if she kills him. She will get a slap on the wrist because even after killing him, she will claim battered spouse syndrome and he will be posthumously convicted of a crime without a trial.

Her friends at first stood by her oi was one of them said he saw hair on her pillow bc she was assaulted but apparently it was a lie and he was trying to help Amber after everything was brought to light all discussion of that incident disappeared. You know why bc it's all lies?!! It's insane
it's so sickening that not only did she accuse him of domestic violence throughout their divorce trial despite knowing it wasn't true, she ran even farther with it by standing against gender-based violence and speaking about it as if she herself wasn't an abuser.
What a disrespectful manner to treat JD's Financial Advisor!!! It was absolutely shameful the way he was rudely interrupted every time he tried to give a full explanation on the questions he was asked. I hope the juty takes that into account. 😠😠

@@KMiss I think every witness should be allowed to say what they wish and not be interrupted - for the truth is often revealed in the extra words they have (which is of course why Heard's lawyers object to it - they don't want the truth to get to the jury!).
@@goldenautumn3073 Their entire defense is built on showing communications with no context, implication by omission, and attempting to discredit witnesses by asking identical questions to previous testimony HOPING the answer is different (which CAN happen and still be truthful if said witness has learned new information since their previous testimony).

As a survivor of 10 years of domestic violence, I see the signs of the abuser and the abused. The person who is being abused (physically, emotionaly or spychologically) will TRY to please, argue, defend or try to walk away from a situation. JD IS the abused victim and AH IS the abuser.

Lol if you notice, Johnny's team asks open-ended questions that allow the witnesses to give their own full explanation while Amber's team only asks Yes/No questions to drive a certain narrative and cutting them off to prevent additional context. Pretty telling if you ask me about how the truth is presenting itself here.
The asked open ended questions b/c these are plaintiff (jhony's) witnesses.
When defendent put their witness plaintiff will do same in cross examination.
Ah lawyers are doing the cross examination of the witnesses and can only ask leading questions are per the rules of the court while Jd lawyers are doing the direct examination and can only open-ended questions and must let the witness tell their stories again as per the rules and procedure of the court

I've posted this elsewhere but if you want to really support him regardless of how this turns out then you need to not watch any of the franchises he was cut from, rent a bunch of his movies in support, and not watch any of hers moving forward. That is of course how you make a point in the movie industry world. To put your money where your mouth is.
Also, I was so disgusted by the way her lawyer spoke to the older man who was a witness. It was unbelievable and I'm just as disgusted that the judge didn't do anything. He never treated any other witness as intensely as that and I feel like it was because it was an elderly man. I feel her lawyers are as nasty as she is.

The jury must see this: Johnny allows his lawyers to take control. They whisper behind him, take notes, etc...he keeps his head down and speaks when spoken to. Amber on the other side is wide eye, taking notes to keep up with her lies, constantly telling her lawyers what to do and how to do it, passing notes, stares at everyone to see their reactions, attempts to look sad or serious....and does a shitty job at it.
I hope they can notice these small differences in their personality. For me, it speaks volumes.

He's incredibly arrogant and rude and really stands out in a negative way. All of Johnny's team and the Judge come across as very decent human beings. Elaine is bad, but he really takes the cake and comes across as very nasty and uncaring of anyone. It's not a good look and will bite him in the butt.

REAL victims should never be afraid to come forward. I'm hoping this case made it harder for LYING WOMEN to come forward. I also hope this case made it easier for men to come forward without shame. A lot of ppl say that she made it harder for real victims but I honestly don't think that's the case. No person should just be believed. There has to be evidence/proof. We can't "believe all women" because it opens the door for more crazies like scamber to do what she did. No person should be condemned for accusations either. It's suppose to be 'innocent until proven guilty'. I hope & pray that any woman or man that's in an abusive relationship, finds the courage to get out, get away & get help!!

The type of questions that AH's lawyers ask to drive a certain narrative, and rudely cut people off to only obtain yes or no answers to affirm their narrative is such a pathetic, dense tactic. People with common sense would see through it. It seems like a desperate attempt, but also disrespectful to the audience and crass.

Yeah, 100%. I feel like that's what makes it so sad. She had an amazing life, with her friends and her sister living in the penthouses with her, having them so close in such a unique, amazing way, and to not see that for what it was is just sad.
Drinking $500 wines on his money, demanding he pay all the taxes of the settlements he had to pay for her from the divorce, pooping on his bed, spitting on her assistant, getting his finger chopped off by throwing a vodka bottle at him, slamming his face on the door, trying to get fame off of him by defaming him for an abuse that never occurred, reacting the way she did during testimony on the UK trial, giving those moments of smirks towards attorneys (Depp’s and her own at times) in the current trial in VA, laughing it off when her petty actions are discussed, not paying charity to ACLU as promised, laughing it off when Dr. Curry described her exactly the way she is, not being co-operative to the cops in the day she claimed she was abused by Johnny, her own alcohol and magic mushroom problems, admitting that she hit Johnny over a phone call, jotting down notes or whatever it is play-pretending she doesn’t have an IQ in negative numbers, claiming Johnny doesn’t have style when he was endorsed by Dior to be a face of theirs in their new perfume ad, calling him a fat, old man, boring when she was still married to him, manipulating him when he tried to walk away from arguments only to not let them escalate, calling him a coward, a baby, her own parents refusing to testify for her, ACLU’s representative claiming that the op-Ed article was indeed about Johnny Depp, nobody claiming to see any marks, bruises, injuries on her face as she solely relies on that one remark to get her carried through the trial, her lawyers’ “pathetic attempt” on grasping at any straws by malingering statements and testimonies to paint them in their favor, MAKING A CHILD cry, and I could go on and on. Dear Jury, please tell me you don’t see through this!!

The most excruciating testimony was a few days ago, listening to Heard's lawyer go through Johnny's texts and Amber's one-sided recordings. As one who is going through a painful breakup of a mutually unhealthy relationship, I admit we've both sent some conflicting texts to each other. Drunk texting? Fahgetaboutit! Some days and moments we profess our love and appreciation and other times we are bombarding each other with accusations. It's a roller-coaster. To pick those painful moments apart is just cruel.
Her council is a perfect representation of her! Conniving, ignorant, abrasive, and rude! They’re disgusting and i can’t stand listening to them be so ignorant towards people who are testifying. First of all, being irresponsible with money is highly correlated with being abusive.
Second of all, being the same height means nothing, the abuser weighs 4x as much as the victim.
Third of all, how would you know if he did or didn't do shit?
This trial has proved that Johnny is a drug addict and a drunk and so Johnny either is lying about the abuse or he was so high/ drunk that he didn't remember any of the times he attacked.

I'm always curious as to why AH's team asks JD's witnesses if they are being paid. I would assume someone who is appearing in court for someone is being paid. Do these lawyers believe the jurors are just dumb?
They were TRYING to say that everyone that testified for JD were only doing it because they were being paid. Even tho, all of ah's witness that were "professionals", were all paid and none of her friends wanted to come. That's why depos from years ago were used. The only person that actually showed up for her, was her sister. Like Camille said, she's a person that burns bridges. Meanwhile, JD has friendships since his childhood. I think that alone says a lot about a person!!

As far as I'm concerned, he gave her everything and all she did was take and take until the money, opportunities and the fame she got from being associated with him wasn't enough for her anymore. Instead, she wanted to destroy his entire life in a sick attempt to garner even more love and adoration through the sympathy of the masses, stealing the spot from a real DV survivor who could've told their story during that time. Imagine how real and impactful that op-ed piece would've been had it been a real DV survivor such as Johnny telling their story and spreading awareness. Instead, it was a poser climbing out of the sewers and stealing the spotlight from a genuinely important movement. Instead, all she did was cause harm to Johnny and all real victims because many won't be taken seriously anymore in the future due to her heinous actions.
She's a terrifying individual and clearly a user. She used Johnny, and she's using all of you who are still backing her. She's preying on you still now with her terrible acting, knowing some of you are too sympathetic for your own good and are not thinking logically.

Rewatching the trial and I absolutely agree with you. They were all over the place and it was very hard to follow them. When rottenborn cross examined JD he was going from 2015 to 2013 then back to 2015 then 2014. Just all over. I don't see how the jury could follow all that. I mean we know now that the jury saw thru all of scambers bullshit but it's def frustrating even rewatching!!

I understand how trials and attorneys work but I do not understand how or why Rotten would treat Mr. White the way he did. The poor man is attempting to answer questions, which btw do require more than a yes or no, and was constantly berated with rudeness, interruptions by Rottenborn. He certainly was not a hostile witness, and he has in depth knowledge of the finances of Johnny, including that Ridiculous settlement for the "abused" woman who didn't want anything from Johnny. There's more than one way to gain publicity Rottenborn... he simply helped to prove how worried her team was about the certainty of losing this case.
The security guard testified any mark he saw on Johnny was always on the left side of his face. You can also see this in the photo of him with the black eye and swelling. All her photos show bruises on the RIGHT side of his face… Johnny is right handed. If he punched amber, it would be on the left side of her face. If she punched herself, it would be on the right side of her face. And if she punched Johnny, it would be on the left side of his face because she’s right handed too.

I watched this last nite and thought geez, they objected every other word that came out of the man's mouth. It was like they couldn't stand that there was a credible witness on the stand in Johnny's defense. I loved when he tried to defend himself by telling the attorney that he needed to finish his answer.
