I actually prefer prefer Ichigo x Orihime and Rukia x Renji as I think that makes more sense. That and Kubo confirmed that a Human and a Shinigami can't reproduce and the only reason Isshin could is because Urahara knows a special method.
I like how she served as the main good arbiter of turning Ichigo into a worlds saving hero by giving him her power to save his family and sub for her. Her also going all out and joining her friends in danger to help others is also admirable. She deserves her promotion and marriage to Renji with the subsequent family.
