Washington needs a QB. Howell is not the answer so they aren't moving.

There’s 0% chance the Bears take Marvin Harrison at 1. They are either taking Williams, trading down to a point where they could still take Harrison (2 or 3), or trade down to like ten for three first rounders

Commanders could trade for Fields (3rd this year, 2nd next year) and then move to 9 for a bunch of picks including a second this year and first next year.
