I self sabotage because I struggle with emotions and I get stagnant and blow my pain away😶🌫️🍃. I loved the entire live but my favorite part started when you spoke about facing our inner selves completely. I feel like I am in my season right now where I’ve been embracing myself. What a feeling 🥹😅 but I love every moment I heal and grow. Can we talk about the growth giggles lol? Sometimes I have moments where I see the duality of myself and how different I think and feel now vs. my wounded self. I’m tickled like watching a frustrated child get upset by a small annoyance and trying to figure it out 🤭 Well I’ve been figuring it out, forgiving myself, and trying new things mixed with the good old things I used to love that were positive and aligned with my true self. I am working on improving my self image. It is important to me to look and feel good. I stopped eating out and started back cooking and fasting. My battle right now is consistency with exercising. I’m trying to create a realistic routine that I can focus on. I know not having a solid routine is hindering my progress. Do you have any videos giving advice on this? Thank you for being you ❤

Just now realizing that just because I’m a good person and try to do the right thing, doesn’t mean “bad” or “sh**ty” situations, people, and losses won’t come my way.
