Strawberry spoon sweet for beginners! GOLDEN RECIPES

You've certainly tried strawberry spoon sweet, but you may not have tried to make it yourself. Follow the recipe step by step and you will have the perfect treat to offer in the afternoons, this summer!

RECIPE:
Ingredients
2 kg of large, ripe and firm strawberries
2 kg of sugar
200 ml of water
2 vanillas
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
Method
First, wash and remove the stem from the strawberries.
We then put them in layers alternately with the sugar in a saucepan (see the video).
Boil the strawberries for 15-20 minutes until the syrup sets. We check regularly and when we remove the foam.
TIP: Stir gently so as not to mash the strawberries
Just before taking them off the heat, flavor with vanilla and lemon juice.
Leave the strawberries for 24 hours outside the fridge and check if the syrup has set.
TIP: If the syrup is thin, remove the strawberries with a slotted spoon and boil the syrup until it thickens. When it cools, carefully add the strawberries.
Then store the strawberries in sterilized jars and keep in the refrigerator.

Τα γλυκά του κουταλιού είναι αδυναμία μου , τώρα που θα μάθω να τα φτιάχνω ακόμα καλύτερα. Εξαιρετικό το γλυκό φράουλα , θα μπορούσαμε όμως να βάλουμε λιγότερη ζάχαρη , επειδή αυτή την εποχή οι φράουλες είναι ώριμες και γλυκές. Σας ευχαριστώ για την ωραία συνταγή και περιμένω για την επόμενη φορά, κάτι εξίσου καλό σε γλυκό ή αλμυρό.!!!
