It was unprofessional to not warn the manager of his transgender friend, it sucks that they got laughed at but it's on the creator and them because you can't expect everyone to be accepting or ok with transgender people. I don't care if I get called a "bigot" or whatever, it's true. Not everyone is comfortable with those people.
2. So what if they're transphobic, people have opinions, no reason to get mad at them over it.
