Having every modules ofc makes the cyclops 100% much more fun to use ofc. But i think it all comes down to what ppl like to play and you clearly finish the last part of the game with the prawnsuit only
Honestly, this thing was a waste, and disappointment. It runs out of battery way to fast, even with energy efficiency module, does really change that much? No, it doesn’t. I’m on my 3rd gameplay of Subnautica (first 2 are just saves where i didn’t know what to do at all), and i find it impossible to go deep and progress Heres my reason(s) why it feel like it’s so hard to progress 1. Cyclops is useful to get materials for depth upgrades, but it takes to much power, it’s too expensive to keep a stable power source for it. the seamoth can only go a max of 900 meters, while the prawn is over 1200 i think, but the lava zone, and deeper parts of lost river can not support the seamoth because of crush depth, and it’s gonna be hard to go there with a prawn, since the prawn uses all those different arms, and also jump jets to help you elevate, which takes alot of power, and the prawn is also fairly slow. 2. Regarding first one, the Cyclops runs out of battery way to fast, ion battery/power cells is an endgame thing found really deep which is gonna be hard to get to with the cyclops’s energy drain, but come on, getting ion stuff when you are about to beat game? Seems pretty useless to me. And just to supply enough power cells for atleast a few minutes is way to expensive, it’s just a few minutes. The cyclops is a **HUUUUGEEEEE** waste, and it’s not worth it. Imagine how much time you would have with cyclops power if you had lava larvae on you cyclops, probably like 1 second.
Hey. It’s a very frustrating game as it’s not clear what to do at times. So really you need a walkthrough to help guide you at times. Re the cyclops you’re right. It munches batteries. So you need a stack of them to get down to the lost river. Make and charge loads of them before you go. Then consider making a base down deep complete with a battery charger powered by nuclear tor thermal to charge stuff to enable you to press on. Once you can make ion batteries it’s much easier to manage things. You might find my playthrough helpful to see where to go. But it’s long as so is the game! @@Trionetic It's not impossible. It just takes time. You'll see from my playlist how I used it. You can use beacons to map the way and then use a sea moth to ferry back and forth to your main base to recharge batteries if need be whilst you build a second base or charging point. Also, you can make batteries last longer by driving slower and not using all the various protection modules on the Cyclops. I think there's an efficiency one too which helps a bit. But I played the game a long time back so can't quite recall all things.

spacebar and C apparently.
Honestly, this thing was a waste, and disappointment.
It runs out of battery way to fast, even with energy efficiency module, does really change that much? No, it doesn’t.
I’m on my 3rd gameplay of Subnautica (first 2 are just saves where i didn’t know what to do at all), and i find it impossible to go deep and progress
Heres my reason(s) why it feel like it’s so hard to progress
@@GrubMagnet ok ty, i’ll check out theplaylist.
@@GrubMagnet I quit the game since it’s impossible to do anything with the cyclops, but ty anyway
@@GrubMagnet oh that’s a good idea ty, i’ll try that
Im ps4 :(
Should mostly make sense. The main different will porbably be button names. Y = Triangle, B = Circle, A = X, X = Square. RB = R1, RT = R2, LB = L1, LT = L2.
I'm sorry for you....

?
I beat this game in 7 hours
That is fast! Congrats 👍
ggs bro it took me that much time to make a seamoth
@@burger3324lmao sameish now I'm at like 13 hours with a prawn and cyclops and haven't been further down than 300m yet. Just built the cyclops and prawn. Haven't gotten to use them yet
