Very interesting video, thanks for sharing and I enjoyed it! My favorite intuitive deck is Wild unknown tarot at moment. It leads me to purchase the alchemy oracle which I love her guidebook. I love the spread she explained for 4 card and 7 card which I used a lot. I found it is insanely spot on. Recently, I discovered the Wondering Moon Tarot midnight version was very lovely to work with. It has such a healing energy that makes me drifting into meditative momentum when working with it. The way I incoporate with Tarot is based on creator's energy in the deck...I feel struggled if not on the same vibration level as everyone has unique spiritual journey for self discovery. To me, Tarot is energy tool that carries creator's intention and spiritual awareness. It is fine that I don't connect with many decks and I won't worry about it. 😂 Due to my cultural background, I probably feel more connected with I ching and Taoism deck, everyone has their own spirit guides to tap into such as Pegan, Shaman, Sufi, All are fine as long as it resonates. 🙏
I’m struggling with the Medicine Heart Oracle too. I’m still collecting my thoughts and will be talking about it briefly in a video I’m about to film, but overall it feels like Alana was trying to do way too much with it where it feels muddled.
@@rootsofaurora Hi, I saw your initial unboxing of this and expressed mixed feelings, think we are all picking up on the same thing. This is quite unfortunate as I do love many of Alana's decks.
@tarotshrink So far one thing that confuses me is the influence from Buddhism, when this deck is supposed to be shamanic in nature? It makes the card meanings very hmm well, all over the place! ;) I've found myself having to skim through the long texts and pick out 2-3 specific sentenced that fit me and then connect that with my intuitive meaning. More "work" than I usually find myself needing when it comes to her decks.
@@rootsofaurora I think she was trying to put too much into one deck. It felt like she had really good intentions on creating a shamanic deck that encompasses a lot of different cultures, but in the end it came out really unfocused.
I so agree on Deviant Moon Tarot . I have this deck borderless and there is something about it ! I use sometimes clarifier but it’s deviant moon but with the borders 😁 family member asks me for readings from time to time and as she called it “ her deck”. She is a Scorpio 😁
Oh I adore the Archetypes Oracle. I can never really connect with oracle decks but this one, I use all the time and they make the best journal prompts for the day. I also agree with shuffling, impossible!
Natalia, please tell me what kind of readings you use the Ana Cortez decks for? I ADORE her cards but I guess I just don't really believe in predictions which I've been told is what they are made for? I'd be so happy to hear if they can be used for more psychological readings?
Hi. I think all readings, including predictions, are psychological because in the end, our mind it shifts the way one feels and perceives events, hence re-orients how one may see the same situation differently. I use it for questions where I need to make a decision, say, "is it a good time to create new paid courses," etc. Hope this helps.
I’m always looking forward to what you’re wearing, your style is impeccable!! @10:20 see, that oracle looks so interesting!!! You know how to find those gems 💎 😍♥️
I thought i could get you the Zammer oracle for your bday and here you come with meh… I was looking at it because I love some of the art but for me it felt inconsistent in how much I love the art. Some I did so much some not really. So I never got it for myself. Ps. I didn’t get deeply into the Alchemical deck of Kim either. But tbh I never tried too much. The other one is def easier to get along with
Hahahaha well I am so glad you saw this video than! And please no decks and no presents. I know you will say “fuck off” but you can just tell me when planets scream “buy a home NOW” 🫶🥰
I don't feel attracted to the Devian Moon or the Nicoletta Ceccoli tarot at all. I think these decks scare me. Should I confront it or let it go? Just maybe not the right time yet. Later who knows. For Alana's decks I'm like you: I will never do without the Kali oracle but don't get stuck with a bunch of others. The latest one doesn't really tempt me either. Thank you for this video and all your sharing from which I also get always a lot
Hi. I think some decks we just dont connect to, period. For example, I can't connect to classic RWS while so many love it. I dont think there is anything there for me to confront, I just don't like the art, the style, the images. So maybe this decks are the same way for you too.
@@tarotshrink I think like you but I am left with this question 'why this one which a priori does not suit me and not the other whose style I like?' Especially as you explain in the video with the same creator. It's like being 'confronted' with the difference between what we want - desire and what we need or can perceive maybe???!!!
Im one of those that the Deviant Moon likes to talk to. Sometimes it scares me though lol, just because it is so truthful. It’s probably the only deck I have that has such a strong personality of its own, seemingly separated from my own intuition (that’s the only way I know to describe it.) I do have a Scorpio Moon so that’s interesting you mentioned that. PS: Are you a Libra or a Scorpio?
Maybe you would like the Lantern Oracle. It represents women in their Maiden, Mother, Guardian and Crone phase.
Hi. I have it and love it. Looking for one with full on crone energy.

Totally agree about creators energy and feeling connected or not to some decks.

Yeah me too! I also struggle with all the botox faces and so craving a more natural and older look.
I have similar thoughts about this! It feels a bit too all over the place. :/

That’s cute how they identify so much with it.

I so look forward to your videos. Any idea where to find the Quarium?
www.quareia.com/#course
When you cross down there is info where to get jumbo (the size I have) or small size deck and a book.

I am a sucker for something fresh! I hate to be part of majority 🤣
Omg… Earthbound Oracle ☺️❤️🖤!
Yes I love it and should have gotten is a long time ago. Nails it every time.
How do you use the Abandoned Oracle? I love the coloring on the X-ray version but it’ s really strange
Often as clarifier. It’s a goofy one and the only minus is the booklet on pdf.
Thanks!
I didn't catch the name of the next to last deck that is like playing cards with amazing characters, that you compared to deviant moon... ?

@@aurabybarbara than give it a shot. Sometimes we don’t know what we don’t know until we get our hands muddy.
Do you Oracle Gé from Bernard Barbier ?
@@aurabybarbara don’t know what deck that is 🤷♀️

Yes I'd say it has an incredibly strong personality and all of its own for sure! I am a scorpio sun and taurus moon. No libra. Leo ascendant.
