If you like the independent game stores there are three I know of in stoke (as well as the usual cex (one Hanley one newcastle) game, cash converters and charity shops, there is also a retro game repair shop that also sells occasional games (six in minton)

Cant beat a blue spine mate! You're right about pairing those stores up 🤣 I have family that lives 10 minutes walk away from the entertainer and I always have a visit everytime I visit them. I won! 😮 best find a way to contact you mate! You were right about the Saw films, they did decline in quality however the end reveal for me was always good, after the first 7 I did like Jigsaw however spiral fell a bit short for me, looking forward to this years one tho as it looks like its going back to its roots a bit more, heres hoping it's much much better 🤞🏻 All the best for the hand mate

I’ve not been to the West Midlands that much, but did visit Russ one time with Eddie and NathRetro and we went into that toy store on corner, a right little Aladdin’s cave of toys.
So you think you’ll ever get to a point where you’ll have to curate your collections and have it be best of the best for each format?
I’ve got to do some work and rip out some built in cupboards in my back bedroom. When I eventually do that it will free up some wall space and some more bookshelves.
That third store had a cracking glass cabinet of 8bit micro stuff, loved it.

I have huge fond memories of the cricket game on the snes me and my uncle played it to death when I was a kid. If you want a giggle play a game and set your field by moving the men manually trust me you won't regret it.

Lots of great buys here. Had no idea there was another cool spot game, the original was my first interaction with the 'up down up down left right' cheat code as someone had written it in the manual that came with it when we got it 😂. Hope your hand heals soon, sounds painful.

I had super international cricket as a kid. It’s ok, the main thing is that there’s a button that makes all your players shout “Howzat” every time you bowl. Which is basically saying the batter should be out. Bowling’s so boring that you’ll end up doing that every time.
