NEW DETAILS: The investigators are close to possibly inditing Lori Vallow for her roll in her ex-husbands murder!!
So now it's been reported in the last few days that the Arizona cops are getting close to indicting Lori Vallow on some serious charges.
By no way am I defending Lori Vallow she is human waste as far as I'm concerned. That being said I'm not sure how the Arizona cops now feel that they have probable cause to charge her with anything related to the death of Charles Vallow some seven months later.
Cox and Vallow were both interrogated back at the police department and as far as I know neither one of them implicated the other in any conspiracy.
Maybe just prior to Charles being killed maybe the bank records show that Lori transferred money to Alex?
The one question I wonder if the cops ever asked Lori was "why didn't you take it upon yourself to call 911." She evidently was inside the home when Cox shot and killed Charles. Rather she walks past her dead husband's body and proceeded to drive JJ to school. She had ample time to call 911 but she didn't. It's my understanding that Arizona does not have Good Samaritan laws so they can't even charge her with that.
Either law enforcement was holding on to something all this time or they're going to bring a bogus case against her.
Are they possibly going to charge her with conspiracy and or murder? If they do I don't know what possible evidence they will have.

I read about a similar case where this woman was schizophrenic and she took her two children and just left and came back a few days later and said that she didn’t remember where she put the children, and to this day shes in a mental ward I won’t tell anyone where the children are. that happened like 10 years ago I’m terrified that this is gonna be a similar case😭

Charles Vallow was Lori’s ex husband at the time her brother shot and killed him. Regardless, she didn’t act like a normal person would in a situation like that. Most people would be in disbelief and shocked by what took place but she was too calm and not even emotional at all.
@Tiny Princess you’re right the divorce was not finalized yet when Charles was shot and killed but I never heard anything about Charles calling it off. Charles was the one who filed for the divorce in the first place.

The worst thing is that the kids are more than likely dead and Lori knows it. I think Lori and her new husband had her brother kill her ex husband and Chad Daybell’s wife who mysteriously died in her sleep when she was perfectly healthy. Then they had Lori’s brother try to kill her niece’s husband because he was telling his wife that Lori and Chad were trouble and she needed to cut ties with them. That attempt failed. Then after the failed attempt on her niece’s husband and both Lori’s ex husband and Chad’s wife were taken care of they killed Lori’s brother to make sure he never talked. The final thing after that was the kids whom Lori said she thought were possessed or something and they needed to be dealt with. Lori’s daughter also was present when her father was shot and killed by Lori’s brother and may have actually witnessed the entire thing. To make sure there were no loose ends Lori and Chad most likely killed the kids and then disposed of the bodies somewhere. If the kids were alive and safe then this whole thing could end if Lori just told the courts where they were so they could be checked on. There’s no law saying that Lori can’t keep the kids out of public to protect them from bad influences or something as long as she’s not abusing them but the fact that nobody has heard from them since September and she hasn’t shown any evidence that they’re ok tells me that they’re not alive and her and Chad are responsible for it. I only hope for everyone’s sake that the kids remains are found and they get a proper burial so the rest of the family can get some form of closure. I don’t doubt that in the end we’ll find out that Lori and Chad choreographed the entire thing and are responsible for everyone’s deaths.

She had a Pool Party at the same house where her husband had just died, just hours later. WOW!! Didn't believe the brother. If he was hit with a bat, from behind he should have had blood on him. He never asked for anyone to check him, though the ambulance was there on scene. Lori drives up, nonchalant and is smiling and grinning for the camera? She left after it happened, she used her brother to make it happen so she could get access to Charles Vallow's money. The divorce was not yet final so she was next of kin.
Alex Cox told the cop that there was an argument between Lori and Charles earlier in the day. I think that's when he really died. Then they set the scene and story to tell police. How convenient that Alex is now dead- what did he die from.? His new wife was a friend of Lori's.

I’m curious to know why police didn’t do anything other than ask a few questions about Vallows murder and move on, he was over 6 feet tall over 200 lbs, I was hit with a baseball bat in the face at a game by a ten year old once, blacked both eyes, and severely bruised my cheek bone, and right side of my face, but Alex Cox was struck by a very large man in the back of the head, yet has no contusions, required no medical attention, wasn’t checked for a concussion, and was immediately able to get up and head to a room
