this music is truly perfect to caracterize Henry, the main character - slightly tubby and naive but full of melancholia and soulful longing
This music is so nostalgic for me. It brings me back not just to my play throughs, but to my times in nature. I feel motivated to get through the day for the first time in awhile. Soon, I’ll hike out to the Ol’ Shoshone. I know it.
When I was in Colorado a few weeks ago, this song played in my head the whole time.
For some reason when I get a new pc or do an upgrade, Firewatch is always the first game I play. With each upgrade, the game gets prettier and prettier. In a few days, I will get a new PC so I am looking forward to playing this game again.
Edit: as expected it became more beautiful and smoother

This is beautifull
today i just finished this epic story game, maybe not today but it will be so tough emotional moments when i remember the main storyline and this OST after 5-6 years.
It feels.nice to listen to this and ignore the weight of the world
this doesn't feel soothing, this feels deeply unnerving. it gives off kinda a "This forest is not natural, something is very, very wrong here..." vibe

I seriously don't understand why people want Spotify, when you literally have it right here, and can download it all the same, and listen to stuff identically as to Spotify, Itunes, etc?

@@roadkillr2 exactly! You can do literally the same thing with less of a hassle right here on RUclips. I get that it was popular around the mid-2000s before the big boom of music streaming was possible on places like this so itunes, spotify, and others were able to meet that demand, but this is 2022, It's been more than 15 years since that time, and RUclips has surpassed them in every conceivable way.

how come the soundtrack version sounds different to the in-game version? In game it has a lot more lead-in/build-up and i don't remember hearing the keyboards in the in game version
