I was 7 when Soulcalibur 2 first came out on consoles back in 2003 I can't believe it's been 20 years.

Good times. It's still one of the greatest games ever made. (Gamecube version of course lol)
I was 18 at the time. At first, king treks of time like that kinda fuck with you, and in your 30s if still kinda does, but you made peace with it. Just think, one day it will be 20, 30, 40 years from now. At your age, I do look at you as a full fledged adult, young, but an adult. You now understand the bittersweet sting that is the passage of time. The best thing you can do, is make the absolute most out of the present. I tripped out so hard on being older in the 2010s that I wound up missing out on a lot. It's all about balance my friend. Keep on transcending history over and over again, and the legend shall never die.

Kinda rad!! I've always wished you could unlock the "booby trapped dungeon" stages without the elemental gimmick! Also, finally playing as all 3 guest characters at once sounds amazing!

Would be cool if you could do other destined battles. For example when playing Cassandra, she has to fight Charade in her destined battle, but there could also be an option to choose to fight her sister Sophitia instead since in Sophitia’s destined battle, she has to fight Cassandra. Wonder if that kind of coding is possible.
Not sure if that's possible but very interesting idea....
That Soulcalibur 2 Plus Mode trailer looks, incredible! The costume mods, the gameplay footages, the practice mode and all the good content. Very nice!

This is why I should start pkaying modded version of games. Like seriously. Playing new fighting gamrs is great but they make you wait YEARS for single bits of content AND you have to pay for it. Really sick of that. I would LOVE to do this but I dont know the first thing about setting this kinda stuff up....... I do have a modded original xbox but I dont think it would work there........ D:

How come Heihachi's and Spawn's models look...different? Heihachi doesn't have a ponytail normally and Spawn is missing his boot thingy and axe handle.

Yes, for short, this mod is currently using respectively Mitsurugi and Voldo's models for Heihachi and Spawn. Our modding team is actively working on adding the original models in SC2 Plus 👍
Dude this is the best thing i saw in my life. I love SC2 are you guys planning on seeing if adding both Heihachi and Spawn correct models is possible? I'll love to see that, can i donate or something? i'm willing to help in any way possible. The GC version is the one i'm the most interested with.

Question, if Siegfried has his Classic moveset, is that his SC1 moveset? Or is he using the same moveset as Nightmare, but with Hiyama's voice?
(Also it'd be cool if there was a way to port his sc3 english voices in)
He now uses all his old SC1 moves and his English voice is currently being worked on.

It would be amazing to have a Multilingual language feature, especially by using an AI voice translator like the one offered by ElevenLabs. Imagine all the characters finally speaking in their native languages!

Fire, but I ain't too sold on inferno. As a Playable character, how is he gonna be different from Charade?
He is basically a better Charade since you get access to his command grabs. Obviously not totally balanced, but it's nice to play him without a game shark!
Charade would change weapons every round but inferno always mirror-matches right?

Do you know how to import models? We could work together create P3 skins that arent existing in some characters. Im a 3D artist, we could create P3 costume for Kilik and Yunseong since they dont have P3 unlockable skins
We are actively working on it, hopefully it will be possible soon 🤞
I think you can still create your own skin tho, I suggest you to join the modding server to learn more, link in the description ^^

Would be nice to add new Weapon Master challenges and new special weapons.
weapon master in plus for gcn some of the dungeons have been randomize.
as for new weapons not possible can only change texture design
Wh...why is the Siegfried skin a separate character now? We already have Nightmare with the skin.

why dont they just add link to the ps3 hd online version of the game? im still praying that becomes a reality
model importing is not possible at the moment. no one really plays the hd version. unless you going to a tournament or gaming convention.
So how does SC1 Seig work in this? It is my understanding that Seig originally gave up a little health to gain a little speed and had maybe two move list changes.
I'm not aware of any health changes, but in the latest update he now has his full sc1 moveset with some of their inputs taken from 3

There's no real version for PS5, but I guess if you can find a way to run Dolphin on PS5, it's possible 👍
I just wish this was done for the HD Remastered Version instead. Sure Link would need a custom texture to match the rest of the cast since they refused to release a Nintendo version! 🤦🏻♂️ But nonetheless through RPCS3 (PS3) Something can be done!!!

@@dcooper8730 If someone added Link to the roster, then alot of fans would flock to that version. The textures were upscaled and cleaned up perfectly!
@@gundum1o1 proper models not impossible at the moment. yet along cannot added extra skins to hd versions. there already an hd pack out for gamecube and ps2 versions.

Spawn's axe is way too big lmao. Looks like a voldo Guillitotine just pasted on him. Though i do wish SC2 HD had Link but i guess if its not on switch Link is gone. Inferno being playable could be interesting but instead of a mirror at the end he could battle Nightmare in his seigfried skin with soul calibur as his weapon.

I like how tgis version allow use to use the gameplay of Link Heihachi and Spawn but it will be a versión with Spawn and Heihachi actual models.?

me encanta sc2 pero revivir un juego que relanzaron con hd en xbox 360 y que no tuviera comunidad en el rankeo online ni en los lobbys en su tiempo (2014-2015) solo me indica q a pesar de que sacaron una vercion moderna y con online de este juego pero la comunidad q dice q fue el mejor sc de todos los tiempos y no ver ese supuesto respaldo al titulo jugando online , me indica q es puro humo de la misma comunidad por denigrar a los demas y mas nuevos sou8lcalibur 5 y 6 .
y que apesar de que se les entrego en su dia una aclamada entrega y no jugarla es que los fans ni saben lo que quieren y se aferran a un titulo que ni ellos juegan
ahora bien el sc2 hd hasta donde se aun se puede jugar en xbox con todo y online pero es pueblo fantasma
el sc5 necesita mas nuestro apoyo como fans para que la saga siga existiendo ya van 6 años va para 7 que no hay nuevo sc necesitamos que namco vea q si nos interesa la saga para que saque un nuevo titulo y la verdad el sc6 a dia de hoy por sus mecanicas modos de juego offline y su creador de cas es el mejor sc hasta la fecha apoyemos mejor ese juego que si se puede usar en online en pc y consolas , a dia de hoy tiene promedio de 180-130 jugadores activos en steam cada 4 meses lo ponen en rebajas valdria la pena mas jugar ese titulo y revivir el mas nuevo que este mod que aunque bonito no se puede jugar online y sin online un juego de peleas es olvidable a los 5 dias

SC2 HD online for Xbox360 and PS3 is considered to be a bad port of the game.
The community uses PCs and emulation nowadays. It's a much better experience in every way. You can play online and have better graphics than SC2HD. Not to mention all the great features from this mod !
