Seriously ban Air India, i had flight from bangalore to Bagdogra at 5 am and was supposed to arrive bagdogra by 8am but flight got delayed and it took off at 8.30 am. I had to go my surgery. Even after delaying flight..they left our luggage at bangalore airport itself and didn't inform us, we were looking for luggage at belt and later we came to know that stuff. i was supposed to arrive by 8am..but all those delay and luggage stuffs made me wait till 4pm. frequent poor experience with Air India. Please do not travel with Air India.
