This is a mighty man of God who has clearly submitted himself to the Lord. I am richly blessed by his sermons. Thank God for those willing to keep the true, uncut, unadulterated Word of God alive. He reminds me of our Pastor from Ethnan Temple in Pittsburgh, PA when I was growing up. Respect for and in the house of God, true sermons that prick the soul, teach sound doctrine, and remind us of God's love and His will for our lives. I am encouraged for God said that though it may seem so, His remnant church will not die!

what a deceptive sermon title. We put it up hoping to hear stuff on forgiveness and healing and we didnt find it. Good sermon it is but please entitle it something else and not forgiveness.

Not by its name, but by its fruit, is the value of a tree determined. If the fruit is worthless, the name cannot save the tree from destruction. John declared to the Jews that their standing before God was to be decided by their character and life. Profession was worthless. If their life and character were not in harmony with God's law, they were not His people.” {Desire of Ages pp. 105-107} The following is God’s definition of ‘His people’: “God has a church. It is not the great cathedral, neither is it the national establishment, neither is it the various denominations; it is the people who love God and keep His commandments. “Where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20). The temple of God (church) on earth is the heart of man in which Jesus Christ reigns, and God alone knows the heart. Nowhere in all of Ellen White’s writings does the Spirit of Jesus; of prophecy, define the remnant as the sda church, or as any denominational name. God’s message is: “Come out of her (babylon), My people.” By God’s definition, God’s remnant is called out of Babylon, just as every Hebrew had to leave Egypt to enter the promised land.
