How do you take that Bottom bottom part off the "storage" part
Does the very bottom cloth part not come off?

Seems so silly that this thing requires this much effort to remove the cover. It seems grieco never intended for it to be removed because they provide no instructions. Yet, it has all these folds and crevices that “cleaning with a damp cloth” can’t do
