Don't do it. It's awful. My reaction wasn't as visceral as Kronii's, but it really is like giving yourself food poisoning and swallowing hot coals at the same time for no reason. Kronii's right, there are better challenges than this to do.
@Adam-2112 if you did decide to do it, as someone who has done spicy food challenges and enjoys the superhot peppers, i would stress to condition yourself first. Consuming spicy food regularly beforehand, and if need be something to soothe your stomach lining (pepto-bismol). It still hurts, but your body will be less likely to go into shock, or have your stomach bring it back up for round 2.
In case she didn't make it abundantly clear from her 20 minutes of agony: if you value your sanity and your life in general, do not do this unless you want to throw fists with God (you'll lose)

Congrats on the 1 million! Milk is good for spicy stuff but I recommend ice cream because the coldness really helps and you can just shove a spoonful inside and let it melt in your mouth. When I was little and on vacation my sister touched a dried red pepper to her lips and we had to run around town to find something to help. Locals recommended ice cream and thanks to that my sister felt better really fast. Hope you feel better soon!

she ain't acting up for the camera, folks. i tried this a couple years back, and at first 30 seconds it's a pleasant burn with a nice smoky flavour, followed by immediate profuse sweating. then all of my mucous membranes started to evacuate after a couple minutes, and i threw up after 5 minutes, which was a relief cause my stomach felt like a nuclear furnace. spent the next 10 minutes shaking while sipping milk and spitting it right back out into the sink. it's legit painful even for people like me that will snack on habeneros.
I'll be the third to confirm. I have a very high spice tolerance, probably close to Ollie's, and it STILL felt like swallowing live coals for a few minutes.
The laugh-crying is a panic response from sensory/stimulation overload. Also, the gasping could've gone worse because high levels of capsaicin can temporarily weaken/freeze smooth muscle contractions (e.g. the lungs) causing pulmonary arrest. Challenges like these can quite literally be lethal.

They have a hot sauce so hot that you have to be over 18 and sign a waiver to use it, however you can take a sample home. About seven or so years ago when I lived there we did. Some other family was visiting and we told them about it. My cousin, a giant and heavily-built US Marine, decided that he would be the one to try it. Long story short, he ended up crying his eyes out. Like you could see the moment when everything switched. We never spoke of this sauce again. The one chip is rated at around 2.2 mil Scoville heat units, which for those of you who have done it is about the same as the Hot One’s the Last Dab hot sauce. As I’ve tried both, I recommend the hot sauces as the first 5 are daily eaters and some taste actually pretty good. Surprisingly the last dab tastes pretty good too, better than the chip at least.
I learned about scoville units through magni and vesper wing challenge. I don’t remember if the most dangerous one they had was either 1 mil or 10 mil but it all looked horrific
Keep in mind that scoville units aren't a perfect way to gauge spiciness, as it only measures the concentration of capsaicinoids. It isn't actually 2.2 million scoville units, it is only coated in a powder that measures at 2.2 million units. The chip itself is mostly starch. It measures at 9.3 mg/g capsaicinoids, which comes to about 28mg capsaicinoids for a whole chip. For comparison, the Buldak 2x spicy noodles contain 69.6mg of capsaicinoids, and the regular spicy ones sit at 42mg. As for the 3x spicy ones, only god knows. The scoville units on these noodles range from only 8000 to 13200 scoville units, yet anyone will tell you that they are far, far hotter than serrano pepper that ranges from 15000 to 30000. The scoville rating is only really relevant when comparing the peppers themselves, and only if they have the same water content. Anyway it sounds like I'm downplaying the heat of the chip, but just for the record, it is an insanely hot chip. It isn't 2.2 million scoville units, but it will probably be the hottest thing most people have tasted, and that includes people that like very spicy food.

Honestly, I've been waiting for you to meet the day with one million Kronies, but it is hard to say that I was looking for you to do this challenge.
It's an intriguing challenge that makes people curious about how spicy it would be. But still, pain is pain, and pretty sure this was going to make you feel sick.

The one chip is rated at around 2.2 mil Scoville heat units, which for those of you who have done it is about the same as the Hot One’s the Last Dab hot sauce. As I’ve tried both, I recommend the hot sauces as the first 5 are daily eaters and some taste actually pretty good. Surprisingly the last dab tastes pretty good too, better than the chip at least.
I learned about scoville units through magni and vesper wing challenge. I don’t remember if the most dangerous one they had was either 1 mil or 10 mil but it all looked horrific
Keep in mind that scoville units aren't a perfect way to gauge spiciness, as it only measures the concentration of capsaicinoids. It isn't actually 2.2 million scoville units, it is only coated in a powder that measures at 2.2 million units. The chip itself is mostly starch. It measures at 9.3 mg/g capsaicinoids, which comes to about 28mg capsaicinoids for a whole chip. For comparison, the Buldak 2x spicy noodles contain 69.6mg of capsaicinoids, and the regular spicy ones sit at 42mg. As for the 3x spicy ones, only god knows. The scoville units on these noodles range from only 8000 to 13200 scoville units, yet anyone will tell you that they are far, far hotter than serrano pepper that ranges from 15000 to 30000. The scoville rating is only really relevant when comparing the peppers themselves, and only if they have the same water content.
Anyway it sounds like I'm downplaying the heat of the chip, but just for the record, it is an insanely hot chip. It isn't 2.2 million scoville units, but it will probably be the hottest thing most people have tasted, and that includes people that like very spicy food.

Damn Kronii went through the whole range of emotion in an hour. The first 5 minutes after the chip were genuinely distressing to listen to, but coming back almost exactly 20 mins later and just being like "okay" was fucking hilarious

I can tell whats happening within those 8 minutes of pain. Your eyes sting, your ears start ringing, and the burning sensation starts overwhelming your line of thinking- the panic sets in and your brain starts thinking "Oh god am I dying" and that feeling amplifies everything you feel 3x until eventually your mind just blanks out suddenly. 10/10 Don't try this if you have any health complications

For me i could remember my skin was on fire my nose was leaking my stomach was on fire and throbbing where i felt like i was constantly going to throw up and i started becoming itchy and tingly for the next hours and so
Also my toilet visits rest of the day was some of my worst
also talking is hard when the air is hot and tight around your mouth which is on fire as well and breathing is something you consciously have to do
