The whole video is about visiting King Power Mahanakon, Bangkok Skywalk, at night.
We visited at the night time but you can go daytime or at night any time you like.

MAHANAKON is Thailand's highest observation deck at 314 meters offers 360-degree panoramic views from an indoor and outdoor viewing area and is a must-see attraction to add to your Bangkok bucket list.
The most convenient way to reach King Power Mahanakhon is via Chong Non-Si Station (Silom Line). Exit no. 3 connects directly to the entrance of the building.
We went by Metro Nana Station to Chong non si whit cost 35 Thai Baht per person.
If you want to go by tuk-tuk they will charge appx 100 Thai baht.
MahaNakhon is a mixed-use skyscraper in the Silom/Sathon central business district of Bangkok, Thailand. It was opened in December 2016. It features the unconventional appearance of a glass curtain walled square tower with a cuboid-surfaced spiral cut into the side of the building. Following the transfer of the first residential units in April 2016, at 314.2 meters (1,031 ft) with 77 floors, it was recognized as the tallest building in Thailand on 4 May 2016 by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
