    Quick question - why does Excel produce decimals when calculating with percentile.inc? Let’s say I have a data set of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. The 90th percentile is 9. When I input the same data set in excel and use the percentile.inc function, it says the 90th percentile is 9.1.

    So would you interpret this as 90% of students got a score of 91 or lower and 25% of students got a score of 53 or lower ?

    How does he quickly select all the data in the column at 1:43? There must be some sort of key shortcut that I really want to know.

      I used the Ctrl + Shift and down arrow combination for that.

      @@Computergaga Thank you! I'm in a Research Methods class and some of the data sets are hundreds of rows long and so this will save some time instead of having to scroll down to the bottom.
