Just thought the standard first day in nanning title was boring 😐 want to get people a little excited and intrigued. Growing on RUclips is a hard old job I know we’ve been grinding away for over 3 years now.
With chicken feet (and duck feet for that matter, there is also goose feet), the points are: 1, to nibble and slurp, if it's nicely flavoured, that's the best way to enjoy the flavour and 2, the texture. Some people cannot stand the texture (but they probably can if it was the same texture but sweets, like gummy bears). Chinese LOVE that texture with savoury foods (AND we also love gummy bears).
Forgot to mention: nibble and slurp means to first have the bones in your mouth, after consuming what's consumable, spit the bone(s) out. I know it's not easy for someone who hasn't done it before. But you'll get used to it.
