The difference between Patrick and Allen is Patrick was the last piece to the chiefs puzzle when he was named the starter. This game was definitely one that feels good for the Bills. But still gotta keep their heads in the game. A lot of season left and a good number of tough opponents to get through if they wanna secure the 1 seed and bye week.

I think that loss to the Dolphins took care of any concern about them keeping their heads in the game for the rest of the season. Sometimes you need that wake up call early in the season.

It’s not complete until they win the super bowl.
It was an important win for the Bills, but so is any road game against an AFC contender. Getting the number one seed matters, and they need to win a lot more games to secure that. The best chance to beat the Chiefs in the playoffs is to get them out of the safe confines of Arrowhead. It's one of the main reasons that these games have been close the last couple of years.

Uumm.... In the 90s we always got home field and beat the Chiefs badly both times after they beat us badly there both years. I hope we do get home field and play them again. Although it would help if had a Thurman Thomas like back. He would always kill the Chiefs in playoff games.

in the 90s, the Bills went to 4 straight super bowls and lost all of them, becoming the best dynasty ever to not have a ring. Your team made it to 4 straight AFCCGs but only made it to 2 super bowls and even then, you were one Jimmy G meltdown away from coming out empty handed.
