Castle Crashers Walkthrough Part 31 - Final Boss

Castle Crashers! Here's the ending of my walkthrough (finally) that I didn't finish for some weird reason.. Anyway, I'm recording this with LuigiSerpent, who is a friend across the street.
My character might be different from the rest of the guide, or not, I dunno, I couldn't remember who I used and I thought I used the thief so I did! I'm using the hawk pet, since he pecks tons of 1's when enemies are down (and every hit helps) plus he gives you food from fallen enemies (every food helps too).
No clue who this guy is, but he's the final boss, also that guy who stole the gigantic crystal earlier in the game (and it was never clear WHAT he was planning on doing with it). This is a really long boss fight, especially at lower levels, and is best done with more than one player. His first attack are a bunch of these red crystals that will spin then shoot at you. They don't do that much damage, but can take you out pretty quickly. The only chance you really have of attacking them is when they're stuck in the ground.
His second "phase" is where he's in a bubble, and the color of the bubble tells you if you can use melee or magic on him. If you do the wrong one, you'll hurt yourself and everyone else you're playing with.
His third phase is kind of a time wasting phase, he becomes a balloon and floats around dropping random white bombs. Just jump and attack him, and try to dodge the pointless bombs.
His fourth phase is when you open the chest (bet you thought you won didn't ya?) and a huge spider version of him comes out. This is the real "boss" part I think, since it's his hardest form. With two people, it's best for whoever he's going for to block, and then have the second person attack. If you're on your own, it's best to just straight go for him and block what you can. Be sure to have some potions.
His fifth phase is the same as his third phase.
His sixth (and last) phase is where he gets his dragon sword and calls down death stones from the sky and swings around in a big circle, and many other attacks. it's best to just keep attacking him and again, dodge what you can. If you have a friend or a potion or two, you should be fine.
When you defeat this boss, you can get his weapon, which as strength bonuses (I think?) and lights people on fire when you hit them with it. This is my second favorite weapon. It's also a dragon if you look closely!

when i saw the chest i was like "YES ITS FINALLY OVER I SAVED THE KINGDOM I RULE" but then i opened it and then a big spider thingy came out

I beat it with him like 15 timed
I was like “It’s finally over!” And when I opened it I was like “NOPE ITS NOT OVER ITS NOT OVER ITS DEFINITELY NOT OVER”
nice to go back and see this boss fight. still holds true as i remember it
This boss was such a masterpiece, thinking it was over when the chest appeared lmao
I remember playing this with my brother in the x-box lol, good memories.
*He still alive tho. And we keep playing that game.*
5:30 - 5:38 how I felt when I brought out a nerf gun better than everyone else’s
I think maybe the necromancer was a harder fight but this one was definitely more epic.
This boss was surprisingly easy for a final boss all you need is a friend, max health potions, good strength and a good weapon.

Just beat the game first time with my level 37 red knight solo. I jumped when he came out the chest, made me go "Da FAWK!"

I think that was the guy who made the song for Necromancer, and I didn't think that boss was easier than the final one either.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm maybe he was a mage if a ancient enemy or cult that was well a enemy to the king and he was carrying out his mission of destroying everything and “creating utopia”
On a scale of 1-10 how hard was the boss everyone? Ima fight it...

supermeatboys prototype was a flash game made for newgroundsDOTcom. newgrounds is owned by the lead programer of the behemoth(who make castle crashers). the behemoths first game (alien homnid) was also prototyped for newgrounds. that is where the similaritys come from.

Me and my friend did this at his house and in his final form u can just stand under him and his fire balls with damage him (im the orange knight he's the red) I got the fire demon andnhe didn't get the skeleton lol
