Good morning! I watched another couponing video and the Creator suggested going to your printer settings and adjusting it to the highest resolution. Gosh I can't remember the couponers name but she did say that that solved the problem with printable coupons at CVS.

I’ve worked at a CVS. Each store will have a different delivery day. Find out yours and go the next day. At my store there was a mad dash to get everything put out after it was delivered.
Ask the clerk what day their delivery truck comes but you also need to observe how they stock their shelves. My CVS may have say 4 Axe Body Wash at the start of the sale, then not replenish it for 3 or 4 weeks. Its a common theme. It looks like they purposely don't restock sale items that are a really good deal.
Edit: I deleted the app and reinstalled the app. Now I have 220 coupons and my extra bucks are right! My CVS App is a mess. I show over 180 coupons on the desktop and only 161 on the app. Missing 20+ coupons. It was the same last week. The 10 off 40 hair coupon I used Saturday on a hair dryer didn't apply. They had to manually take it off and manually print the $15 extra bucks for purchasing it. My extra bucks balance is correct on the computer but shows the old balance on the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Entered the red box. Seems to be messed up since the system went capooey a few weeks ago. Putting it out here in case others are experiencing the same issues.
Your stores will manually enter amounts off and force print ECBs?? I live in the S.F. Bay Area and have been to probably …15 locations. NEVER EVER has a store manually input a coupon or deal that’s OBVIOUSLY applicable but just not coming up in their system. Never ever. Every time they will make up some absolutely ridiculous excuse for why something doesn’t apply, or just say “I don’t know” and proceed with transaction ignoring my issue. For example, there was a cereal coupon “$1.50 off any xyz brand cereal”. It was coming up in app but not in store. I had 2 boxes of xyz cereal (don’t recall which brand). The employee tried to say that the coupon wasn’t applicable because the boxes of cereal I selected didn’t match the particular cereal that was in that tiny pic on the coupon (like, the small item image that a coupon will have which doesn’t represent the ONLY particular item that the coupon applies to, but just one select item. I might have had Apple Jacks and Fruit Loops, while the tiny pic on the coupon showed a box of Mini Wheat.) I’ve had them do that “doesn’t match the tiny coupon pic” excuse SO MANY times! It’s totally BS but what can I do when they’re being resistant and there’s a line behind me?? I def recall a Garnier shampoo/conditioner coupon with the same issue. The tiny pic showed …say… the “moisture” formula bottle, but I chose the “volume” formula. The coupon definitely applied however, of course, the in-store system wasn’t applying it. Employee proceeds with “you didn’t get the moisture one in the picture”. 🙄 Like - where do I even begin when they’re giving me such nonsense!? If I ask for the manager, they never remedy things, rather go along with the nonsense excuse!

She ruined a BOGO50 transaction and doesn't follow instructions on applying extra bucks and just presses all of them. I spent an hour at the store untangling the mess with the manager but left being made whole and a few extra bucks!
I had one digital that didn’t come off at register and my 10 off 70 didn’t come off the girl said was because my coupons took under the total it has always come off before coupons do you know if they changed it to that now or not
