I thought the same thing when I saw this MV for the first time - Psy looks exactly the same as he did in 2012!! He was also my introduction to Kpop, then I found BTS, and the rest is history. I also got a kick out of the "western" theme here. When BTS came out with PTD and looking all western, I knew that this was going to be the "hot" look now. lolol So cute! BTW, 15 is awesome! Thanks!!

And this happen in 2022 : ) Suga contacted to Psy first and told him "I made a song for you" and Psy gladly accepted it. At first, Suga just wanted to give him a song, but Psy convinced him to featured in the MV, and then convinced him to dance with. Thanks to Psy, we can see the savega Agust D dancing with Psy. What a perfect duo!!!

BTS is bigger than anybody knows at this point, they are supper talented pple who have amazed massive success in the entire WORLD and only bcs they dont hype them in the US (yk why) it doesnt mean they are less worthy is just how the mediatic industry works i mean most of the artists they have in the US cant even sale shows on their own in other countries and still theyre labeled as HUGE bcs of comercial media and radio paid airplay. I usually like PSY's non-강남스타일 type of music more, but this is so fun to watch and 윤기's flow with the rap kinda owned it, if i got the english expression correctly haha. I might be an korean ARMY but that was not biased lol Something off topic I want to leave comment about : I remember you talking about how you don't want to explore much into kpop, and it's totally understandable. But one thing I just wanted to let you know is that in Korean Music Industry, Kpop (in korean words it's be idol music) doesn't take up that much of a pie compared to what non-natives think. Of course it is still a big part, but i'd still say less than a half. Maybe if you feel the sudden desire to venture into Korean musical spectrums one day, I can recommend some good songs that aren't kpop, or kpop. I am somewhat of a music freak so any genre you desire, so i can totally bring it onto the table! Enjoyed your take on this video and music, and will be coming back, I think. PSY has a few billion view videos but I think 4 or 5 years ago he promised a new album but instead worked on his record label P Nation who has some great artists like Jessi who you might be interested in checking out. His other videos are pretty hilarious and hyped.
Finally I wanted to say I've been waiting for Psys comeback for ages and if it wasn't for him ba k in 2012 I would've not gotten into kpop. Secondly I love how he worked along with yoongi and got him not only produce but also to be in the MV but to also dance aswell. Yoongi id my all time fav rapper in the entire music industry and someone I can truly relate too. Thirdly I am in love with the cowboy concept and vibe of the MV and I have always loved the wild west vibe. The whole choreo is just like Psy (if you seen his earlier work you will k ow what I mean) the beat is upbeat and just makes me want to get up and dance along and another thing "that that" chorus is just so catchy as it has been stuck In my head since I first heard it in the teasers. Also I was just smiling and laughing thruout the entire MV. Also it might just be me but Yoongi kinda looked like Tae and Jin in this MV too.
I loved your comments and you’re right. Every individual member of BTS brings something irreplaceable to the group. And they root for each other and no one wants to break away and be a solo star. They love each other and respect each other’s talent. That’s what makes them so damn great.
