    That´s amazing! But you seriously have to be into videography to put this software to use, I assume. Also to justify the pretty high price of US-$400.

      That is true, I totally agree. In this video I focused on the video plugin but there is also a photo plugin available that might be interesting for digital photographers who still want to get the „film look“

    Gasstation pictures in Münster? Give it a try at the Westfalen one "behind" the cinema 😂 I was no so familiar in Münster so when I stopped there in the evening there was a surprise 😂

      Yes, yes, that's what they all say - I was only there by accident or surprise 😬😉

    This video gave me an idea, now I'm gonna call everyone who does video with digital a poser, the same way film photographers do to people who shoot digital. Now the only real vide makers need to shoot film, even on RUclips!

    Hello, I appreciate you for the detailed contents. I would like to know your specification of Mac and while you do the color correction with the dehancer color plug-in, this doesn't make your play laggy?

  • @JokiW
    @JokiW Год назад +2

    If I understood correctly this is also for stills? Would then be interesting to see side by side comparisons of stills with actual cinestill film and digital modified by dehancer.

    An interesting video Karin :)
    I like the ability to try different film stocks especially ones that are long discontinued.
    I realise that this a new product and that they need to be able to begin to recoup their R&D investment, however, much like Adobe have done I hope that in time they’ll be able to release a ‘lite’ version for hobbyists that don’t need or require the full ‘pro’ bells and whistles version.

      Thank you for your comment Kevin! I totally understand, for hobbists it‘s a large investment, so it would be great to have a couple of „slimmer“ but more affordable options as well.

    A sensational feature, no doubt, that helps digital users a lot, to quickly achieve that special look he appreciates and that defines their style, whether of some analog film, or another specific look. At least for those who don't like to spent time on editing
    A cost-free alternative for Nikon users is to import the dozens of profiles on the Nikon Picture Control Editor website, which can be downloaded, installed and used directly on the camera, or in post production in the free NX Studio.
