The doctors decided that starving him to death would be a better option than the alternative. I talked to him two days before his death, he said goodbye to his granddaughters, and to my brothers and I. 19 years later, and it still hurts. I still need my dad. What hurts more than anything is that looking back, maybe he needed me more than I needed him, and I should have been more for him.
His dad had stage 4 kidney failure so he wrote this song to say goodbye but in the last minute a member of his family gave him one of his so he is better and he gave all the money he made to the British service men
