Had a x reg 1.6 petrol company car kept 4 yrs then bought it for wife. Kept it till it was 20 yrs old. Never had a problem. Rot underneath killed it. Had young kids, rear seat trays twin sunroofs, folding everything. Light and airy inside. What a car that was. Had 180k on when scrapped.
Ive got the 2014 model MK3. Its auto, great handling for Mr Sensible types. Prob now is getting parts for & the swingeing prices. 2 new wiper motors fitted at my local garage £1300! A dealership would be even more. £450 ea wiper motor. Not that you can find any, anywhere. I got used ones at half price. My door lock went & waited months to get one. I've found a good honest used parts dealer, he's not a breaker but buys in good tested used parts 6 months guarantee. He's my man from now on. The auto wiper system is awful by Renault & self dimer rear view I hate as I'd rather do it manually.
