I actually hate the Google search result.

I'm not sure if you've tried it already but you should be able to achieve the result that you want using the Lumetri Color Panel, to access the Lumetri Color Panel you need to change your work space to color, to do this click color option in to top bar, or if that isn't visible click window, then workspaces, then color.
If you want detailed information on how to use the Lumetri Color Panel, then there is the article here blog.frame.io/2018/05/21/guide-to-lumetri-color-correction-premiere-pro/
