Good question! I don't with acrylic craft paint like this because it's already got enough "water" in it to help the paint spread :) If your acrylic is thick then I would wet the brush to help it blend.

This was just an 11x14 canvas board!
If i dont have a sea sponge what is an alternative use?
Sometimes I use a dish sponge or a crumpled paper towel! 😊
