Just beginning to learn, So much to know, but your videos are excellent. Thank you for your teaching, Ms. Thiele!
Thanks, Nora! I'm a fan of art of you both- your and Saif's- not only because i'm learning to play eastern percussion and oud- but- mainly because of the loving, wise and crafty approach that expresses itsef through your art and teaching work. Thanks a lot 🙏🏻
thank you
See you soon and stay groovy 😊 danke ! Sehr hilfreiches Video, das Spaß macht!
Danke 🙏🏼
Thank you Nora for the great video and clear instruction. I like the variation at the end 💛
Cool. I like the simplicity. It makes me go a step or two back and concentrate on the main melody. Thanx!
This is excellent clear instruction and demonstration. So much dynamics in your playing as well.
thanks enjoy
Enjoyable and useful breakdown of Masmoudi rhythm family. Around 6:10 I recognise Saaidi but you call it Beledi. Thankyou.
bravo
Beautiful class? As always great. Maybe you can share another family sometime.
Ypu really help me improve my self. You are an inspiration since i saw/listen to you the first time in that beautiful solo at roots revival
Just start to learn frame drum, really like your video, clear and presenting the possibility to upper level. Hope to see you progress and new video! Your smile is lovely!
This is great! thank you so much

Danke.

Meldet euch einfach: info(at)norathiele.de 🙏🏼
I love this so much! What program are you using to create the split screen?
Learning and using final cut.
just watched this by suggestion of one of your friends

Danke!
Hi Nora, on the variations it sounds to me that you play specific strokes on the S, while still voicing S. I don't understand why ? Could you explain ? And I'm adding that I love the way you teach, it's very clear !
completely right. S - is the perfect place to play Variations. Not everything can be written here. Try to remember the hand setting and sounds and repeat what I am playing
@@norathiele thank you, just needed to make that clear 🙂
what is the S in the music notations, i haven't encountered it before?
All notation here is pulse notation. S stands for silence and is spoken without a voice.
DT(s)T…
This comes from middle eastern rhythm solfege
S is the spot for Ornamentation.
Hey Nora, do you sometimes organise masterclass ?
