Kya duchrome test astigmatism wale patients par bhi karna chahiye ya nahi

▪️For pure astigmatism (without any spherical power), this test is not required.
▪️If any patients is having astigmatism with spherical power then you can do this test. But first you have to correct astigmatism then go it...

If the patient has spherocylinder power then first we have to correct cylinder power then we can do Duochrome Test to identify spherical end point.
