- Purbachal Eight-lane Expressway
In the revised project, it has been decided to widen the road by 300 feet. Now there is a total of the four-lane road with two lanes on both sides from Kuril to Balu river.
The width of each lane is three and a half meters. The four-lane road from Kuril to the Balu river will be converted into an eight-lane expressway keeping the lane width the same.
There will also be two service lanes on each side of the expressway. Besides, a six-lane expressway will be constructed from the Balu river to Kanchan.
The construction cost of the expressway has been estimated at Tk 74 crore. In addition, 10 major bridges will be constructed for traffic on the expressway (the original project bridge in 2015 was 6).
The construction cost of the bridges has been estimated at Tk 48 crore. Besides, 13 arch bridges will be constructed in the style of Hatirjheel. It will cost 226 crore rupees.
Arrangements will be made for people in the area next to the expressway to drive to the main road from the service lane. In addition, there will be four subways.

Four kilometers of rainwater drainage line, 2 culverts, 12 water bus stands will be constructed in the project area.
In addition, the number of pedestrian bridges mentioned in the main project of 2015 has been increased from 4 to 12, pump houses from 1 to 5, sluice gates from 4 to 10.
The 100-foot canal will be opened by next March. The rest of the work will be implemented in phases till 2021.
Dumni, Boalia and AD-6 canals will be renovated

একটা শহর হতো তাহলে দেশে ফিরে আসার চিন্তা করতাম।
