I don’t either like it to sweet so I use alpro plant based milk which has a little sweet but not to much. Make my cold brew in the bodum and the cold foam in the nespresso milk frother;-) yam!!
It is very annoying! Me and my coworkers at Starbucks hate making cold foam especially if there is a rush of customers and you have to keep making foam from scratch!
Seems like it’s always and only added to cold brew. Why not add it to a latte or an Americano. You could stay afloat on a cold brew we can stay on top of an Americano
But not everyone wants foam on top. The employee needs to ask the customer if they want it poured in as normal or plopped on top where it’s not stirred in. It’s not called a sweet cream foam cold brew.
