I learned in my neuropsychology class that the placebo effect involves the release of endorphins. Pain is a signal that there's something wrong, and so when you take action to address it, your body turns the signal down by releasing endorphins, which physically reduce pain and inflammation.
You are much bigger in size than during the competition, hope you return much better ang bigger shredded and win it the next competition. Your positivity and humble nature inspired me a lot.
Hahaha that thumbnail is just wrong. Some guys just aren't meant to be that big, and Nile is one of them. It's cool that all you guys can be crazy fit and have totally different body types. You all smashed it!

There’s a doctor that I’ll listen to every once in a while since the virus came. And he works in a hospital or at least he says he does. He goes home and takes a really hot shower then turns the water as cold as he can stand it, transitions to hot/cold one or two times. And he says that activates your immunity. So you guys have been doing that for different reasons but you might’ve gotten that immunity thing he was talking about

I'd say Nile's biceps and chest are pretty sick (despite the size), the shape and build is there genetically. He's clearly a great athlete so if he properly gained size I think he'd have a great physique.

Hi Ryan, I struggle to eat enough calories too. Recently I've started drinking a 25ml shot of extra virgin olive oil before every meal. Down it with squash and you can't even taste it. Quick and easy and doesn't effect my appetite. Easy extra 900-1000 calories a day of good fats. Maybe worth a try 🙂

How about turning your shed into a man cave @Ryanterry. You can put a poker table or two and a PlayStation 5 with a big screen TV.
