Yoonmin is such a Tom & Jerry duo; I love it! Especially when Jimin challenges Suga's tsundere nature 😄💜

It's really fun to watch them over time. The constant bickering, the love and trust. 💜

I love how much Suga has opened up - on Suchwita he's completely open and genuine, ready to be silly and sweet as well as painfully sincere. I love every episode, but this one is special to me. Their relationship delights me and always has. The endless bickering with such deep love and trust under it. They're special to each other and it shows.
All the relationships in the group are interesting and healthy, but this pair - they just complement each other so well.
I think Jimin, when he was younger and struggled to feel like he was good enough, found in Suga someone who saw him as he was and liked him wholeheartedly. He didn't have to be perfect all the time. And Yoongi struggled to be truly vulnerable, to openly show affection... Jimin could show him that in so many ways. I think they were very good for each other.
They're so comfortable together now, teasing playfully but endlessly supportive. Suga is goofy and Jimin's laugh is irrepressible. They talk seriously about music, are open about their hopes, and Yoongi pulls out what I'm thinking of as his signature compliment style, the matter-of-fact "you're already so good" "you were always good at that" things that he says almost reflexively to the members (and everyone younger than him). Here we get to see that Jimin really expects that from him, that Yoongi is a reliable source of that faith in his abilities.
I love all the episodes with the members. This one is just extra special to me. 💜

You have to keep in mind a lot of Jimin’s insecurities come from years of hate he has received from people in Army and people outside of Army! It’s amazing he can function at all inside the music industry thanks to those vile people! He’s a very strong man!!

Thank you for your reaction, Roscoe. I love this episode, Jimin is the sweetest and most demonstratively affectionate member of BTS. For me, RM and Suga are (and will continue to be, solo projects notwithstanding) the bedrock of BTS. Since they were already writing music before being recruited as trainees, they already had a vision for what the group should say through their music. J-Hope joined them as a champion dancer and they taught him to rap. He brought his own special character to the rapline which made the group foundation more solid and at the start the rapline had the primary contribution to their music and guided the group agenda. As the vocal line developed confidence and especially as their talents contributed more strongly to their music, the importance of the rapline and the vocal line became more balanced and we see more melody coming into the raps and more of the vocal runs taking on rap cadences. The rapline and vocal line are inter-dependent and, while the rap and vocal sub-units created beautiful songs, it is when they are together that BTS become so awesome.
By now, you know that the latest appearance of Hobi and Jin are at Suga's last concert. Jin also posted a message to ARMY on 20 August celebrating the end of summer. And Jimin's FACE album continues to break chart records.
I don't know if you were counting but Yoongi and Jimin must have downed more than 12 shots of soju. These guys can drink a lot of people under the table. Interesting that Yoongi bought Jimin his first taste of soju and that he bought Jung Kook his first Irish Slammer. I love the comfortable vibe of this episode - you know that two people are really close when they can say awkward things to each other. Bravo, Yoongi - he created Suchwita to provide a platform for the members to promote their solo work and it has very quickly exceeded his expectations. I hope you react to the other episodes, Yoongi brought such cool guests on board.

This is my favourite episode of Suchwita it was both funny and heartbreaking. Those who think Suga is cold need to realise that he and BTS have been very hurt and went through a lot so he isn't cold he's guarded. Inside he's very soft I especially notice how soft he is with Jimin, their bond is amazing with Jimin saying he's a professional Suga handler which is true. He is very calm when with Jimin. What is sad is that they were given criteria to meet for military exemption which they met and went beyond. They must have felt backed into a corner with all the debate and the government changing the rules anx moving the goalposts. BTS have already served their country for 10 years. They put South Korea on the map and have contributed trillions of won to give their country better status. They should have easily got exemption but they chose to enlist because they knew the absolute backlash they would receive. Shame on the powers that be and those who still think they live in a dictatorship for doing this to BTS. I know they said they would serve but maybe they had no choice but to say that. Anyway this episode is the best one in my humble opinion. They can't wait until 2025 and neither can ARMY

These two will forever tease each other-I'm convinced it's part of their love language.
I swear not taking compliments well is such an October baby thing, I'm the same way. Took me a long time to accept and say thanks.
I think he did write from the emotions but he was not one to put it out there so vulnerably before.
I do regret some things in my past, but I wouldn't be who and where I am now without them, so I'm good.
Love the episodes with the members. But all of the episodes are really good. Yoongi is a natural.

At this moment I can't recall you watching the other BTS episodes of "Suchwita". But please do. Because you find out such good intimate info never discussed before. And Suga continues to drop his gems of wisdom wowing us all. Episode 1 Suga interviews RM. It was kind of a test show. No real permanent set. But I knew from that episode "Suchwita" would be a hit because Suga was such a natural for this kind of show. Then the producers were smart. They had RM come on an interview Suga on his own show. Brilliant. Next Jimin. Again, Suga dropping the wisdom bombs. Next is Jin. And then JHope. And you must know this.
You MUST watch them in that order. Jin first. You'll understand when you watch it. Then JK. JK does something no one else has done on Suga's show. No spoilers from me. Anyway, so glad you are watching them.Did Jimin ever show up and perform "Tony Montana"? I'll let you do the research.

I think also when suga is talking about relationships being very important, but very hard, BTS struggles with making genuine connections because a lot of people have ulterior motives and are using BTS for a variety of reasons. This is why Jin says that he doesn’t have friends outside of BTS. A good example of this is when RM shared some of his concerns with that Buddhist monk, who then went to the press. They constantly have to protect themselves and their members, and that must be exhausting.

No. You haven't seen the fan dance and all. But we have begged you to watch it before. There are so many you haven't seen. Even the first one in 2016 is worth watching. Then watch them in order...all the different award shows to see them grow as performers. That guy, Mr. Son, was just the choreographer then. He is now the Performance Director over all of Hybe's productions. That's why he doesn't do BTS's choreography anymore. He is too busy in his new role of overseeing all of Hybe's productions. Even BTS's.

13:45 This might sound like a cop out but hear me out. About the core of BTS, this is a very crude generalization based on Chapter 1 discography but I do think the message and production is a direct reflection of the rapline because they have been involved heavily with the song writing, composition and production so yes Jimin is correct BUT music has to be supported by performance and that is where is the vocal line shines. On the tracks and in performances the vocal line does a really great job of executing the tracks, so Yoongi is right. Also, although the vocal line has fewer singwriting credits in Chapter 1, they all at some point asked or consciously wanted to become part of it and grow (Jin with Abyss, Tae with Snow Flower, Jimin with Promise and JK with My You as examples of tracks ) . That is a great sign of growth for the group in general. All seven contribute to songmaking now, more than did when they debuted, which we kind of had of glimpse of in their production of the In the Soop soundtrack. Kind of sounds like what they want to take to Chapter 2 (43:50).
