Same. It's time to drop stigmas and get real with info we all benefit from, even if online is the only place someone feels safe being so open. I'm already telling my 6 year old her vagina needs to breathe. Baby girl would live in leotards if I let her!
As a big sister i always tell my teenage sisters to drink water !! Our vaginas need water to self clean! I also cut soda/ juices years ago and i never have issues or concerns with odor ! :)
I can’t stand water based lubricants they get so tacky and cause painful friction for me 😣 maybe it’s just the ones I tried, but silicone seems to stay really nice and.. slippery lol😂
I recently tried a brand called Coconu and it is infused with Hemp. They have an oil based one as well as water based and I really love them! They are not sticky at all.
Outside of use for other…places…and hormonal issues or normal menopause for women over a certain age etc, I’ve never understood the need for lubricants. Women have natural lube and I don’t think it’s normal for us to normalize using it outside of the things I mentioned because- In my experience, when I dont have my natural self lubricant, it is ALWAYS a super important intuitive red flag 🚩in my body that’s trying to tell me something! Like if I wasn’t attracted to someone, or if I was lacking nutrition, etc. Women are the most intuitive beings and when you’re in touch with your body (which every woman can do), it’ll reveal its secrets! It’s important to remember to check in with yourself before normalizing the use of lube for vag. s*x or toys & fingers.♥️
@@ciaomamabella sometimes though our natural lubricant isn’t enough especially for someone like me who is on birth control and has significantly less than I used to. I actually think lube should be more normalized for women who may feel insecure about a lack of natural production. There’s no shame in needing a little help 🥰
It’s not! Coconut have sugar in it and everyone with a brain knows sugar in private areas is a no go unless you want infections. Don’t spread misinformation! x.x
what amazing eyes, problem is with eyes like that she could be talking about this, tadpoles or graphic design techniques, I wouldn't be taking it in, just being honest.
I love videos like this they're just so honest ❤️

Lube makes a great anti-frizz serum!
ADORE YOUR HAIR
My tip is if you can’t/ don’t have a bidet just keep a squirt bottle in the bathroom and use warm water. Simple and cheap.
I had no idea until I had my daughter and a squirt bottle is needed... game changer!!! Amazing!!!!

I agree. In my experience, silicone lubricants have always been better than the water-based ones.
