Dipi dikara, it’s so nice to see this recipe, I am gujju, for cold season here at Canada I always make similar recipes but I also put fenugreek seeded crossly crushed and soaked in milk to hydrate so the bitterness is gone. It’s so delicious and healthy. I make it in ladoo .yummm.methi nuts ladoo.
