Bhai Accept and Upgrade matlab tum seat rakh rahe ho aur agar tumhare preference ke hisab se tumhe R3 me koi upar wali choice nahi milti to ye seat rahegi tumhare paas R3 me. Reject and upgrade me agar tumhe R3 me upar wali preference ki koi seat nahi milti to tumhe tumhare fees refund milenge. Agar tumhe R3 me koi seat milti hai tab tumhe fees dena padega(agar pehle kisi round me fees nahi di hai) warna COMEDK Wale tumhare upar 10lakh ka case thok denge. Itni simple si baat hai.
