He moved west to serve in the US Army in the Hawaiian Islands, and then moved to California and would live there until 11-20 -1995. That's when he followed my grandmother Clara to live in heaven ❤️ 🙏 💖 💕 Clara moved to heaven on 11-20-1995.
I have to give Marty credit, his pure country, he loves the history and knows the inportance of the proper country singer's, his show is an updated one from "The Porter Wagoner Show" but I think Marty's got that extra little special that the Porter Show didn't. What great guests he has on, real country legends. Jean Shepard, even right to the end, she never lost her voice, she could sing songs like she did back in the 60s, she sung so great on this show, then we had Connie, I'm sorry but Connie can sing, she never ages in looks and voice and she still got "that voice" and I love how she sings on her husband's show always. The chemistry between Connie and Marty, reminds me of Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash. Connie and Marty look so in love all the time and you can't but smile when you see them together, she prooves you can marry a young husband and it can work longtime, so proud of you as a married couple, let's not go there with the singing talents of both of you. "New Hillbilly" what a wonderful channel, you keep uploading and showing us these videos, we appreciate everything you do. I'm a huge fan of Dottie West and Loretta Lynn, any rare videos you have that can be posted, that you ain't already?
