Yes most students get visa to work, if you are opting for some degree in technical field then surely without any concern you will get a job, for other fields there are ample opportunities available
@@khronnus7193 for couple you can still consider and can stay in a shared apartment. Master room will cost you around 1800-2000 sgd with extra 100 sgd as utilities bill. If looking for a separate unit then take 3000-3500 as budget. Rest other expenses depends on your personal preferences.
I was surfing propertyguru out of curiosity and i found an HBD flat, 1 bath 1 bed 136sqft for S$900, and i thought it might be a scam or fake or something, what you think of that price ?
HDB 1 bed 1 bath may be either in a sharing apartment with landlord or other tenants. Getting a separate studio apartment be it a HDB in 900$ is next to impossible. Talk to the guy who has posted the listing but be very aware of the recent scams which is going in the property market, never transfer money without physically visiting the property. Ask for a physical visit, check the documents be it PUB bills and then only make any payment.
This video is as direct as it can get. Concise, and informative enough. Just to clarify a few things: 1) Rentals for a 2bhk in a condo starts from $3500/$3700 as I post this comment. 2) Cost of groceries/food depends heavily on the location of your workplace as a meal in a hawker centre costs upwards of $7, a restaurant meal for our Indian belly’s will cost anywhere upwards of $15. If you’re a full-time employee, most often you’d have 1 meal outside (lunch) and another to take home (dinner). Breakfast is optional as most just grab a bun or kaya toast in the morning. So most often, the only groceries one might buy is milk, curd, eggs, juice, bread, and some snacks.
@@manpreetbrar4327 Yup, they are. As I type this comment, the rental market is slowly stabilising but I don't foresee prices going back to what they were. The units renting for $1500 are currently going for $2700. The market will stabilise at around $2400.
Someone getting 3 Lakh/ month should ask for how much MYR/month in malaysia.
